The whole experience was so great. The shower has hot water 24 hours a day. The reception would happily assist you whenever needed. And the cleaning service is outstanding. Down the hall, the Jerusalem restaurant is serving the best breakfast with loads of varieties. So make sure you take the room with breakfast. It is really worth it And the best of the hotel is "Josefina". She is an outstanding and hospitable receiprionist. No matter the time you would report an issue that you confront, she is always there to help and take an immediate action to tackle it. She is priceless and so valuable asset to the Staff of hotel Carol.

I booked a room in this hotel to be close to the O2 Arena. 5 minutes walk from the hotel to the concert hall. The staff are very competent and attentive. The room was spacious and well appointed. The area where the hotel is located is quiet. Access to public transport is close to the hotel. You can reach the city centre and the castle without changing. Adjacent to Harfa Galleria Mall with many shops, restaurants and a supermarket. Easy access from airport by bus and metro.
